Voxmediasolutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
Fees are non-refundable.
Payment methods accepted will be communicated upon registration.

4. Refund Policy

This course has a strict No Refund Policy.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and content are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Voxmediasolutions and Rahul Meena (Digital Marketing Guruji).
You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the webinar without written permission.
Access to the Facebook Live session is for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

Be respectful to the trainer and other participants.
Not disrupt the session, spam, or harass others.
Comply with Facebook’s Community Standards.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the session without refund.

7. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible device.
Voxmediasolutions is not liable for any technical issues on the participant’s side.

8. Recording & Privacy

The session may be recorded for internal purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded if you participate via comments or questions.
Personal information provided will be used only to deliver the course and communicate with you about related services.

9. Disclaimer

This course is for educational purposes only.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and circumstances.
Voxmediasolutions makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content.
Participation is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, specifically under the jurisdiction of the Rajasthan High Court.
